When you are booking your ticket via the IRCTC app or website you will have to select travel insurance. Then you will receive a policy information message from the company on your registered email ID. You will get a link to fill in all the details of nominees. After purchasing a ticket, the traveler must complete the nomination form on the website of the appropriate insurance company.
